US Deficit To Reach All-Time High
How exactly is this news? No one knew this was going to happen? Let’s hash this out again…

Since we’re talking about fiscal matters, let’s work this out like a business profit and loss statement. There’s your loss, now let’s look at the profit.
Iraqis “strongly opposed to presence of coalition troops – 82%
Iraqis who believe Coalition forces are responsible for any improvement in security – less than 1%
Iraqis who feel less secure because of the occupation – 67%
Iraqis who do not have confidence in multi-national forces – 72%
Average price of one gallon of regular gasoline pre-invasion (04/02) – $1.30
Average price of one gallon of gasoline today (07/08) $4.00
Anyone still think we invaded Iraq for the oil? If it’s true this entire affair is a complete failure in every direction.
When Bill Clinton took the oath of office in Jan 1993 the US Federal Budget Deficit was $290 Billion. During the 8 years of his administration those books were balanced. Many people ran around snubbing Clinton, saying that the Reagan administration and its’ fiscal programs were responsible, not this womanizing clown from jerkwater Arkansas. Believe whatever you want. The books were balanced on his watch. And now we’re staring at a $482 Billion budget deficit. For those of you interested, that’s $1545.00 for every man woman and child in the US JUST TO BALANCE THE BOOKS! We could pay it up front but there won’t be anything left to pay into next years coffers.
But that’s not going to buy back all the mortgaged paper bought up by China with money they made because YOU THE AMERICAN PUBLIC bought a bunch of cheap Chinese slave labor made crap at WalMart. You should all pick up a copy of “Mandarin For Dummies”. Illegal immigration from Central and South America is no longer a “threat”.
You want eggrolls with that?

I think politics would be better left to the forums.
Nah, let it rip!
Opinion duly noted.
